Reassignment Tool Enhancement

SFI's Reassignment tool gives you a great way to spark growth and momentum in your group. And now we've made it even more valuable, letting you assign multiple affiliates at once to your up-and-coming team members.

Using the Reassignment tool is easy:

1. Go to your (Genealogy).

2. Choose the Reassignment format. All affiliates who are eligible to be reassigned (i.e. see restrictions below) will be designated by a checkbox.

3. Check the boxes for those whom you want to reassign (no limit to how many you can choose).

4. Click the "Reassign selected affiliates" link in the top left area.

5. Enter the SFI ID number of the person to whom you want the reassignment(s) to go. Make sure you have the right ID number!

6. Click Submit, then Done.

The reassignments now will appear in the recipient's genealogy. He or she will also receive an e-mail notification from SFI for each reassignment.

It's that easy!

NOTE: For more on getting the most from the Reassignment Tool, read this article.

Awarding of special SFI Co-Sponsorships

Co-Sponsorships for August's VP Rewards (Top 200) and for August 2500 point earners are now being assigned. The entire process may take up to 24 hours. Co-Sponsorships you've qualified for will appear in your genealogy in GREEN.

Special note #1
Assignments will appear one by one over the next several hours. You may not have your TOTAL assignments for 24 hours.

Special note #2
August commissions will be online immediately following the completion of the awarding of these special Co-Sponsorships. This is so you are able to receive Co-Sponsorship commissions on this August commissions run.

UPDATE: THE FOLLOWING TEXT WAS ADDED 9/11/09 AT 4:40 PM

We've been receiving several questions about co-sponsorships received. Since you may have similar questions, we've prepared the following Q&A's:

Q: Should I contact the co-sponsorships I've received?
A: One of the reasons we created the co-sponsorship program is so that every affiliate has another support member to assist them. So, yes, we encourage you to reach out to the co-sponsorship affiliates you've been assigned, especially if their sponsor is not actively supporting them.

Q: Where can I find their email addresses so I can email them?
A: You'll find these on your genealogy, in the COMMUNICATION format screen. Or, just mouse-over the envelope icon on any format screen.

Q: Some of the co-sponsorships I receive show as inactive and/or they have not confirmed their registration. Why give me these? Why didn't you purge these people out first?
A: We did a major purge just a short while ago, in May 2009. Purging is a major task that must be undertaken with much care and consideration. We did not feel it was time to do a major purge again so close to the one we just performed.

Q: Can I ignore inactive/non-confirmed co-sponsorships?
A: Yes, you can do this by using the CONDENSED version of your genealogy. See: https://www.sfimg.com/MyAccount/MyReports.sfi

But make SURE you consider this:

Many ISPs block or junk emails from SFI --meaning we can't get through to them. Indeed, they may have never received our welcome letter or even our emails with the registration confirmation link! From their viewpoint, they signed up with SFI and never ever heard from us!

YOU, however, probably can get through by emailing to them directly! YOU can make all the difference. YOU can convert inactive affiliates to active. YOU can get them to confirm their registration (just have them to log in at the Affiliate Center (www.sfimg.com) and they will be provided with the link to confirm their registration).

Q: Shouldn't the sponsor have already done this?
A: Yes, they SHOULD have! But, unfortunately, many sponsors do not do what they're supposed to do --which may have much to do with the lack of activity you see on some of the affiliates you received. So you may have a great opportunity in front of you.

Q: What should I say in my email to them?
A: Here's some suggested text. Use what you'd like and personalize as you wish:

-----------------------------------

Hi FirstName,

My name is FirstName LastName and I've recently been appointed as your SFI co-sponsor.

What's a co-sponsor? This is a brand new position SFI created last month. As your co-sponsor, I'm here to assist you and support you in building your SFI business.

By the way, co-sponsors aren't the only thing that's new at SFI. If you haven't looked at SFI lately, you definitely need to check them out again! With the changes made in August, SFI is exploding with growth. SFI is now much simpler, easier, and more profitable than ever before. I LOVE what they've done!

You can read about all the exciting August announcements at news.sfimg.com (see August 5th news and the first and second week "report cards").

You'll also want to log in at the SFI Affiliate Center (www.sfimg.com). When you get there, you'll see the new SFI Homepage, which now features a to-do list personalized just for you. This makes everything so simple because all you have to do is start completing the tasks on your to-do list. Each task earns you points and positions you for higher and higher payouts!

That's it for now. Be sure to log in at the SFI Affiliate Center as soon as you can, and if I can answer any questions or assist you in any way, just let me know.

I look forward to working with you!
